TransferWellness offers a one hundred percent (100%) 30-day money back satisfaction guarantee (less shipping charges) to all retail customers. If customer is unsatisfied with any 4Life product purchased for personal use, the customer may return the product within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase for a one hundred percent (100%) refund, a replacement or exchange (less shipping and hadling charges).
Credit Card Orders
Your purchase will show in your credit card statement as "Transferwellness". By VISA. MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS and DISCOVER we cannot send product until the transaction has settled. Settling time will vary depending on your bank and method of payment (visa, discover, etc), which in most cases is 24 hours. Once the transaction is settled, your order will start processing for shipping and handling immediately. Most orders will be shipped next day of purchase or within 24 hours. TransferWellness.com ensures all products are new enclosing manufacture's warranty. We never sell refurbished or reconditioned goods to anyone. Therefore, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase if you are not completely satisfied without any questions. If our products show any type of malfunction during their warranty period, we will ship the exact replacement item with no additional shipping charge (however, an additional shipping charge will occur for exchanges). We will credit your purchase price upon your request except shipping and handling charges.
Freight will be calculated according to weight and size of packages and shipping methods you choose. For large items, we will contact you by phone or email with actual freight information to confirm total purchase amount. (Our customer service is available for freight estimate M-F 8:30 to 5:30.)
A restocking charge of 15% will be charged on all returned or canceled orders. Freight is not refundable. Merchandise will be accepted for return in "brand-new" condition with original packaging only. MINIMUM ORDER $40.00
In most cases, order will be shipped within 24 hours during weekdays by UPS. You will receive order confirmation and update information by email.
RETURN POLICY:

If you are not satisfied for any reason with the product, send back the unused portion of the product in the original box, and we will promptly replace a partial or full credit on your account less shipping and handling.
